Summary ::

Sarah Bailey ((Robin Tunney)) , a troubled teenager , moves with her family to LA to start a new life.  She is enrolled in a Catholic school and comes in cantact with three very unlikely friends, Nancy Downs ((Fairuza Balk)), Bonnie ((Neve Campbell)), and Rochelle (( Rachel True)).  These three are socially outcast with varied problems in thier lives, but they all wish that they could be fixed.  Nancy, Bonnie, and Rochelle all twiddle in occult practices, and when they figure out that Sarah is of a natural witch, they talk her into joining them.   When Sarah joins, they soon realize that with a fourth witch they can cast spells that they couldn't before.  They begin to amends all the things wrong in their life.  But remember, just like everything else in life, things come with a price.
